📌Website pre-orders display price is the 50% Downpayment only, you can see the SRP on the title.
📌Pre-Orders must be paid in full before the item arrives in PH. No payment, No Pre-Orders.
📌Once your downpayment is paid and you decided to cancel your order, we strictly prohibit no refund.
📌We do not guarantee against shelf wear or minor damage to packaging during shipping.
📌Some figures show minor paint and packaging imperfections. Toy company does not consider these as defects, so they cannot be returned due to these imperfections.
📌When the item is on-hand and you paid the DP, you can keep your item with us for only 1 WEEK. If it EXCEEDS 1 WEEK, we will OFFER your item to others STRICTLY NO REFUND.
📌If your item is FULLY PAID, you can keep it with us for only 1 MONTH (IN STORE) 1 WEEK (GREENHILLS)
📌ETA may change without prior notice due to adjustment of release date or delayed in shipment from our supplier.
📌We will offer a full refund if the manufacturer cancels the order or if there is some other unexpected scenario.
📌When the item is prepared for pick-up or shipping, SMS/DM's will be delivered.
